Today, me and my cousin decided to make a Blackforrest Cake, also known as ''Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte.''
Well anyways, first we made the sponge cake. With some new highteck mashine my aunt has.
Worked well though. When the spongecake was done, we got it out and let it rest for a few minutes.
The cutting it into 3 pieces was a mission, we only managed to make two pieces.. So never trust a receipe completley :)
As we were done with that, we took Cherry juice and drissled itover, just for better taste. Then we put the cherries on top, and since we only had one layer we put all of them on.
We took one of those cream pressers, and spread all the cream on top of the cake.
Then we took the chocolate and a paper, and spead them on the side of the cake. :)
Wow it looked deliciouse, and it tasted good. For a first made cake it was amazing :)
